The Madison Area Bicycle Club will meet on the dates below to operate the Club, plan rides and handle other club business. The purpose of a bike club is NOT officers and meetings. But, it’s a dirty job and someone’s gotta do it! AND, it’s not as dirty as changing a flat on a rainy gravel road, so maybe coming to some meetings this year and offering your opinions, suggestions and a little time might be possible. Club meetings are generally held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Hong Kong Kitchen, downtown Madison across from the Ohio Theater, Main and West St. Come at 6:00 p.m. if you want to eat first, and we’ll start the business at 6:30 p.m., with a goal to finish by 7:30 p.m. The actual dates are below:

• 17 July (nominating committee & Meander planning)
• 21 August (Meander & new officers nominated)
• 18 September (send ballots out)
• 16 October (receive votes for officers)
• 20 November
• December: Date to be announced; Christmas Party (new officers take over)
